The Dirty Dozen

Never met him. But I knew his agent Myer Mishkin. We were in the same building on Sunset Blvd. Mishkin was "old school". He discovered actors, raised them, and cultivated their careers - like an art form. So, I always called him "Mr. Mishkin". He sensed the respect and would smile. He must've been five feet tall. He discovered Richard Dreyfuss. But, Dreyfuss left him, I guess, when the huge agencies could 'offer more'. But as a I remember... Marvin never did. Though I never knew him, I respected him and tried to do strong graphics to match his ability and loyalty.
